Manzanita Academy was born from a deep desire to offer families a high-quality, bilingual early education program in a diverse and multicultural country. We recognized the need for a space where children could receive strong academics, a loving childcare environment, and the lifelong advantage of learning a second language, all in one place.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, my daughter and I saw that many parents were searching for exactly this:

Reliable and flexible childcare
A safe, loving, and professional environment
Spanish immersion taught in a natural and engaging way
But the options available were limited, expensive, or not truly bilingual. So, we created Manzanita Academy — a 100% bilingual, educational, and family-centered program, where learning is meaningful, consistent, and filled with purpose.
Today, we continue to grow and improve in order to serve children, families, and our community with excellence, offering a Christian, secure, and culturally rich environment where students learn and thrive in both languages.

Manzanita Academy's mission is to promote a quality educational service in an immersive, pleasant, appropriate, and Christian environment for your children, where children's development is Physical, Social, Emotional, and Cognitive.
Manzanita Academy's vision is to immerse early childhood kids in an Immersion environment, making it possible for them to Learn, Play and Grow in a loving and accepting environment, acquire a solid educational foundation, and thus continue their bilingual education.
It provides constant accompaniment and observation to children and teachers. It also addresses the concerns and questions of parents and supports them closely, when required.
Psychopedagogical Accompaniment
Development of group workshops of attention, social skills and identification and recognition of emotions. The main objective is to detect and strengthen children’s abilities and help strengthen the areas that each one has to improve.
We contact specialists in the area of psychology in special cases in order to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.
We are an educational center with over 20 years of experience serving our community in South Bend, IN, with the best educational programs so that each one of our students learn in a creative and fun way.
